Boston Cream Pie

  • 1 cup milk - a few drops of almond essence
  • 1/2 cup cream - 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs rum - 1 tbs butter
  • 2 egg yolks - 1 tbs cornflour

Fresh Jagro Strawberries for garnishing


Mix milk with cornflour and pour into a milk pan. Add the sugar and beaten egg yolks , cream, rum, butter and cook till very thick. Cool completely and sandwich the cake. Top with strawberry topping. Garnish with fresh Jagro Strawberries.
