Strawberry Salsa

  • 200 grms Fresh Jagro Strawberries - 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tbs chopped corriander leaves - 1 tbs sugar
  • salt & pepper to taste - 1 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 green chillies - 3 springs of spring onion leaves
  • yellow peppers - 2 tbs Cider Vinegar

Method

Cut Strawberries into large pieces. Mix the vinegars, salt , pepper, chopped green chillies, sugar, onion and finely chopped yellow peppers, corriander leaves and spring onion leaves and toss with the Strawberries and refrigerate till used.
